consider offering buffet breakfast with different menu everyday (cycle menu). please provide bar soap and shampoo

The size in the picture was very different to the size of the acual room.

At first I was placed on a smoking floor and the bathroom was not good. I was shifted to a nonsmoking floor when I requested a change and the room was more comfortable and bathrrom a bit bigger.

Nice staff! The hotel looks nice both from outside and inside. I liked the bar at the riverside, nice. Nice clean room with god bed and Tv with many channels. Bathroom though, could be better, but it's not bad...

Very helpfull friendly staff. Nice to be able to use the pool after checkout. Lovely view, comfy bed, but over airconditioned...even when I kept it "off", it still remained very cold. Shower curtain needed cleaning.

the hotel is located along the quays which are quiet during the day however fantastic at night (the hotel is far enough away from loud music so you don't hear it in the room). The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. the room and bathroom were very small. the view from the room however was great and the windows were huge.

Bathroom was poor. the installation of a shower curtain will make a big difference.

Room looks smaller than shown on website. Bathroom miniscule; sliding door system between shower and loo a joke. Good for hot water;

very practical room. nice to have tea/coffee making facilities so close at hand.

Breakfast was simple but tasty and with sufficient variety. Small hotel but comfortable and cosy overall. Nice room with nice view for the price paid. Comfortable for light travellers. Good variety of TV channels available, even more than some higher class hotels would offer. We were given a twin room instead of a double room which we requested, but we were ok with it. The mattresses were too soft though and it gave both of us backaches the next morning.

Basic amenities like providing slippers and a mini fridge will be useful. Everything is available for the guest except the fridge.

THEY PROVIDE SAME DISH (EXACTLY SAME) EVERYDAY FOR BREAKFAST...CAN YOU TAKE THE SAME BREAKFAST EVERYDAY FOR 3 DAYS, HOW CAN YOU TAKE IT FOR 1 WEEK... AWFUL THE ROOM IS THE MOST SMALLEST ROOM I EVER SAW.... IT'S EXTREMELY SMALL AND COMPACT... I EVEN THINK THAT SO MANY PEOPLE CAN NOT FIT IN THE BATHROOM

It was what i was looking for and I will stay there again - soon Satisfactory. renovations were being done outside so the outside of the windows were slightly dirty.

The service overall was excellent and attentive. The hotel is also very conveniently located. I would stay there again and recommend it. The room was very clean and it was comfortable, though a little too small. It was quiet enough, too, which I appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay. I will come back again. I would like to enquire about long term stay (say stretaching a period of 3 to 6 months) whether there would be deep discounts for that length to entice my stay at Robertson Quay. It's for business. I like everything. The only downside, I felt rather cold and couldn't really sleep well.

Best feature is the location. Hotel has a small fitness center, and the changerooms/showers for this facility also has a spa (separate for gents/ladies). Bed not suited for tall persons. Rooms were small, and not too clean, in fact; mould were growing on the wall.

Good location but the room was horrible. Lovely views if the windows wern't too dirty to see out! I was very annoyed to have tax added at check out! That made it not worth the money - Customers need to be aware that another 15 dollars was just suddenly added on! Very Very small, in desperate need of redecoration. Old fashioned, dirty and not worth the money.

Hotel in an excellent location and not too big. Staff always very friendly. A very comfortable room to sleep in, however the bathroom very small and toilet and shower squeezed into a very small space.

asked for 2 more pillows but there were none and no explanations were provided until we asked. It would be nice if we were informed, because we were waiting. :)

The location is really good The room is very small and the bathroom is really really tiny.

Quality of breakfast was mediocre . Have NEVER seen a smaller bath-room in any hotel, anywhere.
