the facility is very limited to my surprise, to begin with there is no porter and i had to carry all the luggages. no toothbrushes available and the breakfast is very simple, again this is compared with the second hotel i went to which is the citybay view hotel whose rent is just about the same. the room is comfortable and moderately clean, the ac runs well although it is very small, compared with the second hotel i went to.

The bathroom was way too small. When you draw the shower curtains, no light came through

You get what you pay for! In this case we paid among the lowest prices for a hotel and got only the absolute basics. The twin room was only just big enough for the beds and minimal furniture. There was really no room to open our cases on the floor - we had to lift them onto the beds every time we wanted to open them.

Room was extremely small in comparison to others we have stayed in in Singapore in similar price range. Our room did not have a fridge but others on the same floor did.

Nice place. did not have much of a choice for breakfast. the room was good, although small.however the toilet was way too small.hot water controller didnt seem to be working in room# 607. all in all, liked the room & the view.

Looks kind of old, and needs to improve on breakfast served. toilet could have been bigger with better toiletries provided.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. Its riverside ambience and proximity to food joints and malls make it a good value for money. I would surely like to stay again at the hotel if the prices remain competitive. though the hotel is relately small in size but it has all the essential ingrediants that make the stay comfortable even as the rooms look a little cramped.

This is a basic hotel, no personality but has all that you need and nice swimming pool and spa. Near the river, I would not stay there again unless hard pressed. Rooms very small, first one reeked on smoke, when I asked for non smoking, went back to desk asked for non smoking they said sorry none, so I just stood there and in the end he took me to another room. Yukky view of rubbishy area

If the beds are bigger and more comfortable then it will be really value for money and would recommend this Hotel. It would be more comfortable if the bed could either be a queen size or king size as double size is too small for comfort for two adults.

Lack of portal service. Counter staff did not give me a welcome or warm feeling. Inflexible check-out time ( I was charged 1/2-day for checking out at 3 pm) Room and washroom/toilet too small for a comfortable stay.

It is over-rated as a three-stars hotel. The quality of the room is relatively poor for the price when compared with some of the other hotels in S'pore.

The pool is small. Lack of service at pool area and no extra towels are provided. Bathroom is a small and quite humid. Bed is bit too hard. Extra sheets should be provided.

The room rate is very good but the ABF is so poor that there need some change on menu. The cusion of the bed is not soft enough that sometime it hurts my back. The cleanliness is good that i will fresh when i back to the room.

I requested for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Requests like this should be seriously considered by any hotelier. And when I requested to change rooms, I was told that I cannot wait in the smoking room given to me and had to wait for 1 hour+ at the lobby because they would like to rent out the smoking room given to me.

Found check-in staff very unhelpful. No one and no offer to help with luggage and steep flight of stairs in lobby - elderly travellers and those with young children (who need strollers) take note. Very disappointed with room and hotel. Tiny room with no where to open suitcases. Not like the photo on their website at all. Also tiny and horrible bathroom.
