Not bad for a hotel at this price. Heard they are going through refurbishment, so hope to visit again when its done.

Hotel is good We were moved by the hotel staff to Siloso Beach resort

I think I was in one of the unrenovated rooms - the shower curtain left a great deal to be desired!

Location is good. Cannot adjust Temperature only provide High, Mediem, Low, even we choose Low, the room still very cold.

The room was very small, nowhere to put your cases and luggage. The shower room was exceptionally small.

pathetic. sad. not at all worthy of being recommended to anyone. too small..

Bathroom plumbing is very bad. Toilet flush doesn't work properly. Wash basin was clogged. Shower lighting is bad.

Good service from staff. The room was clean but in much need of renovation and re-decorating.

I did contract an ear infection, which I am fairly certain originated from the hotel pool. It seemed to have a low chlorine content and other guest spoke of birds drinking and splashing about in the water of the upper waterfall area. The two faults with the room that we reported, a blocked basin and loss of electrics were put right very quickly and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We did find the breakfast a little boring after a while and have suggested more variety. It is ok for those on a "3 day stop over" on their way to Oz but not really suitable for those, (like us) who stayed for a full two weeks. (I have by the way already contacted the hotel directly about our experiences). We did find the room a bit on the small side and it could have done with some more storage space, however we found it clean and always "made up" on our return.

Pool area very dirty,with hardly any pool furniture. There was an unpleasant smell in the room and in the corridor outside.

Its vlaue for money to stay in this hotel. Though room was small but it was need and tidy.

the location is good for the price. I did not find the Front Office staff as friendly as I am used to finding in Asia I paid a budget price for this hotel. It really needs a complete overhaul and modernization. But it was fine.
