Management would not give us another room when complaint made about wet carpet. Only gave us another room the next day when the airconditioning unit stopped working in the room Midew stained wllpaper, A lot of water on carpet i think from a fridge freezer which must have been removed and not relaced before we arrived.

Pool lovely but seating a disgrace Room to small, decor poor

Only negative was absence of porter. The pool, beach bar, breakfast, check-in/out were excellent. A low (1 brick) wall around shower would keep bathroom floor dry.

The Kettle is not working. The bathroom is too small.

The room suffered from some mould in the bathroom and generally needed some painting and refurbishment. But otherwise good value for money I think.

It is a real shame that the shower was not even in a cubicle - the water just drained to a plug hole in the bathroom floor - the result being that the floor and the toilet got soaked when you showered and did not dry off at all!

The staff were always willing to assist with any enquiries we had. They were friendly and courteous. The room was certainly adequate, we would have liked to have had a small fridge so that we could chill drinks.

More variety of food for breakfast. Say breakfast cereals and fruit. Bathrooms could be much cleaner, desperately need new shower curtain and demoulding.

I think a carpeted floor in such a humid climate is not a good idea. You should rather go for tiles or some synthetic material.

In relation to other countries in the region, Singapore prices are far higher, and as such, although the cost of this hotel is cheap for Singapore, the 'value for money' factor discourages me from staying overnight again. The same money spent anywhere else in the region would provide far higher standards.

Staff very pleasant - but, we moved out after first night. We were in Singapore for 8 nights and could not stay in such cramped quarters. Bed was short (I'm 173 cm!). Bathroom was moldy around shower (needs Exit Mold!). We asked for a larger room but apparently we had the largest.

Although the hotel is in a prime position, the rooms in it are in a very bad state of decay and very small with little hanging space and no drawers. Luckily this did not spoil our holiday as very little time was spent in the hotel itself. The Bathroom was particularly small and the fact they only had one sliding door to separate it from the bedroom area emphasised the fact, as it would be impossible to have two doors and be able to use the toilet. Also we had just arrived when a "bug sprayer" came in unannounced and proceeded to spray around the floor with some unknown spray which could have been toxic for all we knew.

The staffs at the frontdesk are very helpful and they provided me some useful travel information. However, the hotel is quite far away from the MRT station.

hotel location very good, and the staff service is nice, and the hotel average is cheap and good. :) too small but for business trip average is ok.

Rooms need to be re-decorated

Service was fantastic on my Departure (early evening after a day sightseeing) when the clerk on the desk gave me keys to a room to freshen up before a long haul flight home. Basic Room that was clean and had all the basics I needed.

the complimentary breakfast was good, and the view is exceptional, not one of the best but really wonderful. the standard of the room was much lower than expected. the room was quite unequipped with amenities like complimentary water, toothbrush,toothpaste etc. the tv was also too small for viewing.
