The only negative comment would be that the breakfast could be better.The rooms are small but I guess for the price its reasnable. We were disapointed with the size of the rooms and bathroom,similar to what we experianced in Europe.Got a far better deal in Malaysia.

Great Location, very close to good night clubs, but the hotel area is still nice and quiet.

VERY POOR STANDARD FOR PRICE.NO HELP WITH BAGS ON ARRIVAL ETC. ROOM TOO SMALL,HOLES IN TOWELS, BATHROOM NOT ADEQUATE.

the hotel room was much to small for 2 people, the wardrobe was inadequate and we only had one drawer for storage, we had to live out of our suitcases.the bathroom was also too small and without a shower curtain which made the floor wet through. we requested to be moved to a superior room only to be told that all rooms were standard. had we staying more than 3 nights we would have moved to a differant hotel.

Nice swimming pool on the rooftop but the slide was closed, no signs as to if or not it was closed. Small but very convenient room with clean bathroom and good facilities

The location near the river is perfect for leisure travelers like myself. Housekeeping always did an excellent job and the hotel staff always helpfull and friendly. Aircon was hard to manage. Tried to regulate thermostat, but eventually reverted to switching it on and off to regulate the temp.

Very central. Excellent service from Concierge who helped us plan our short stay and got us on to the right buses. Very little room to open out suitcases!

Excellent value for money. Maybe more storage space for bags and cases left in the foyer. Needed to supply an extra pillow and the towels were threadbare. Otherwise very good for the price.

We were more than happy with the facilities on offer at the very reasonable price which we paid. The hotel's location alongside the Singapore river and close to all the amenities of Clarke Quay make it an excellent base for exloring Singapore. We would happily recommend the hotel to other travellers The room was very clean but small. The shower was the smallest we have encountered in any hotel

Lots of night activities around. Good Cosy place to relax after busy day.

Front Office staff never smile on their face and the choices of breakfast is limited. The room, bathroom and TV are too small.

There was a good feeling in the dining room amongst staff and guests. The informality was pleasant. The positioning of the toilet in this room was quite strange.

Although basic, it was comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and powerful.

The public areas of the hotel were of a good standard and the helpfulness and consideration of the hotel staff was excellent. Unfortunately the room we occupied fell far short our expectations engendered by the general appearance of the public areas and staff members. The bedroom was extremely small and in need of redecoration and refurbishment. The bathroom was barely adequate in respect of its size and was not clean. There was damp mould on the bathroom ceiling and the water from the shower did not fully drain away. Also the waste pipe from the washbasin leaked.

extremely small rooms but we adjusted.I am a travel agent and made that fact known when I was booking however no discount was offered to me which perhaps was a little shortsighted as I sell alot of hotel rooms in Singapore.Reception staff were great , the breakfast was good, no complaints about that but we did have some trouble with our room "keys" and had to get them replaced several times.
