we are vegetarians and on the first 2 days there was oanly abked beans but we appreciated the fact that there was veg fried noodles available for B/F later the beds were made every morning a great refreshing feeling to come back at the end of hot days of touring around singapore!

Hotel breakfast was good, but small selection made it dull for a long stay. Use some money you save on the room to go out for breakfast. Rooms are small, but the price is so low we got connecting rooms for less than one room at a competing hotel. Free internet, breakfast, and local calls made it even less expensive.

Breakfast was adequate but limited. The room was small but I expected it from feedbacks I have read prior to travel.

Very helpful about allowing us to clean up after our flight and allowed us to check in very early too. Found them very understanding Very welcome after a long flight, clean and impressed

I checked out after one night and looked for a new hotel...the window was so dirty. It was noisy in the morning and so on!!

Air conditioning Temperature not adjustable :(

The hotel was under renovation, which was not indicated on the website. Due to renovation work the room was very noisy from 9:00 to 18:00. Furthermore, the swimmingpool of the hotel was open, but its use was not very convenient, again due to the renovation work. During my reservation I would have wished to get a notification from Robertson Quay Hotel that the hotel was under renovation and that this could cause some inconvenience.

MRT stations is quite far away from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like the bedsheets of white as it looks very clean and elegant.

The renovation should be advertised as we did not expect to have a noisy vacation. We booked a non smoking room. Was placed in a smoking room on level 6. The room Smelt like smoke/tar, we asked for another room and the front desk offered air refreshener. I then was moved to level 10. There was toothpaste all over the shower curtain. We woke up the next day and there were ants in the bed. The linen did not look clean.

Hotel was fine, the pool was good, breakfast was very good, and staff were helpful. The room was fine, but although wed asked for a non-smoking room and this was allegedly one it was clear that it had been used by smokers.

Really good value hotel, well placed. Good room. Only problem is that the shower water does not drain properly because there is not sufficient slope on the floor to make it drain into the central drain. This means that the bathroom is impossibly wet once youve showered.

Rooms are so very small - almost cannot accommodate the luggages! To get the value for money - need to reduce price by 25%.

A short 10 minute walk to the MRT. Lovely location that came alive after dark down by the water. Lovely spot for an evening stroll. Room was small (like Formula One Hotels), but very functional considering we were out for most of the day. The room was very clean and fresh whenever we returned after being out all day.

The bathroom/toilet was not the best with justy the one door to serve both. The shoer had mould in vaious places on the tiles.

Value for money it was excellent. Need a bit more hanging space,

We checked in the hotel and we were very suprised that the room was so small that we could not even open our suitcase properly. the only way was to put it on the bed. There was a smell in the room and we decided to change the hotel and we paid only one night, but stayed in an other hotel. We have visited Singapore several times and I believe it was our mistake to pick up the hotel cheaper than we usually have done.

Great admosphere in the Hotel. Friendly staff and a great location. Prefer this Hotel over any Orchard Rd. Location.
