As I was only visiting for the week-end, the room was adequate for my stay, no complaints.

Except for the room size, other facilities are as quoted

It would be nice if the breakfast was varied from time to time as I was there 5 days, it got a bit boring. But on the whole great value for money Could use some renovation, no fridge in my room and the safe did not work

Buffet breakfast menu should be varied daily.

The room is super duper small.

Change reception to a bigger erea to upper level. Left luggage in the main entrance gives no good impression and unsafety. more plants/flowers could give fresher look. The room I stayed (303) was small if not same size as others. light in toilet too low specially in shower erea. air con. control too high. electrical wires over and besides mirror could be hiden.

The staff were very unhelpfl as mentioned above. we booked a room for myself, my wife and our son who is 2, he is a big boy and we were all expected to sleep in a small double bed. When we complained we were offered a mattress on the floor in a very small room whichh was already very cramped and would have left no floor space what so ever. We asked to be moved but no help was offered, and we were expected to carry all our own suitcases, child and buggy.

I would give this 1.5 star. Bathroom extremely small and mouldy shower curtain. No refrigerator in room. Braekfast area noisy and dirty. Food poor quality for a Singapore hotel very poor I have stayed in better 3 star hotels in Bali.

The Hotel is excellent value for money. Very helpful staff, and location is great for restaurants and an enjoyable walk to the Clarke Quay MRT. The view over the river is really attractive, particularly at night.

The buffet breakfast could be made much more user-friendly by the purchase of a proper (fast) toast maker. I found it difficult to maintain a satisfactory temperature. There was no room thermostat.

Extremely grateful to be able to leave our bags and the use of the pool prior to leaving for airport after our check out time. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Small-Refers to the room, no room to put bags. We were not impressed with the water flowing from shower area to the toilet area before draining.

The view from window is good, but the room has not been maintained for years and safe locker was broken. Washroom is very small and old.

location decent but hotel very dated. pictures on internet misleading which left us slightly disappointed and hotel is older than pictures indicated. location ok.

considerable amount of noise came from the bar directly outside the hotel which kept us awake late into the night I think some thought should be given as what exactly a disabled person requires in a disabled room? the disabled room we had certainly wasn't suitable for a disabled person

Have stayed in much better hotels in this city at similar prices. Shower is separated from the rest of the bath room by a curtain only, so water flows all over the floor and exits under the hand basin. No room to unpack clothes, or put wetpack.

complimentary breakfast is a plus for the package. Only shower gel available. should provide shampoo

Better restaurant with local food at affordable rate. Provide a radio and a hot water flask.

THE SURROUNDING OF THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND PEACEFULL THE ROOMS ARE SMALL FOR TWIN BED.AND THE BATH ROOMS ARE SMALL TOO

Water appear murky in the pot and no room service to help.

Inexpensive hotel, and we can see why! Even considering the price, it's hardly worth it. Mattress was very poor - it curved towards the centre, which resulted in very poor sleep! Woke up with a backache.

Better utensils, coffee maker, cutlary etc. Cleaner bathroom.
