This is a good hotel but last time i was stay at Carlton same price but they provide me good facilities. Like free Internet also free break fast but this hotel cant. It was really good, But i cant open the Window.So i need some times open the window.I was stay there from 5th July to 14th July 2006, But as per my communication i requested for Break fast but they dont provide that. 3rd Also my request was free internet ficility but i cant get that.Thanks for your kind understand.

I would like to stay this hotel again for my next visit to Singapore.

Internet connection very expensive for business use. I had to use if frequently and during night time due to different time sones that I had to work in. Should have a cheaper option. I stayed for 12 days and had to buy daily cards? hotel guests calling incorrect numbers in the early hours of the morning. Poor selection of TV channels for Sport events in the hotel room.

THE PRICE I PAID FOR THIS INNADAQUATE ROOM WAS VERY HIGH. AFTER BOOKING A ROOM FOR 2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN WE WERE GIVEN A TINY ROOM WITH 2 SINGLE BEDS. AFTER A LONG FLIGHT I HAD NO OPTION BUT TO UPGRADE TO A SUITE WHICH ALTHOUGH BIGGER DID NOT HAVE CORRECT SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR MY CHILDREN.

they shall told us we need to pay extra money for my kids to stay there

A little out of town. only reasonable value for money. Requested one large bed ,recieved two small beds requested large double bed recieved two small But a good size, no river view

The laundry bill was extremely expensive and even baby clothing was charged as adults. Vey small room, specially after they put in our extra bed for the kids.

The room was adequately appointed without being too ornate. All facilities were efficient and functional

staff were lovely only problem was the internet service was very slow.was barely logged on before the time was up.

Internet via the television was rubbish - a complete waste of time and money.

Food was poor quality and the variety was inadequate. The staff are execellent. However,they have only a limited understanding of the travelling customers needs. They need training and being able to be flexible. I requested a twin beded room but was only given a double bed which was not very adequate. The pillows are hard and uncomfortable.Paint work was poor hence it looks unclean. Lights are not very bright.
