We stayed at the Hotel in order to visit family over Christmas. We had reserved a one bedroom suite and were delighted when we arrived to have complimentary valet parking, help with our many presents (2 carts full) and then an upgrade on our room with no charge.

We decided that we would have some of the family come to the hotel for dinner and the Manager of the restaurant really worked hard to accomodate a large group with little notice.

The staff in the casino was helpful and our room was clean and large enough to accomodate those who did not wish to gamble.

All in all a very good visit and an excellent start to Christmas!
