we had a wonderful times at the ritz hotel we found the food lovely but a little expensive there was a car park next to the ritz but it was very expensive properly because they think all the customers can afford it.

My booking was for a twin room but the room was in fact a double. Also the shower was over the bath, not in a separate cubicle as specified above.

I waited forever for my room - was then told I could get into a more expensive one, which I took - but I felt this was bait and switch. My only request from teh hotel - coffee at 6:30 before I left for the airport. I called at 6:40, 7:00, & 7:15 before the coffee came as I was on my way out. If the Ritz can't get a guest a cup of coffee without three calls, they should not be charging those prices.

Inadequate business center but upgraded room had laptop with internet availablity which I used. The arrival team was obviously at break when I arrived as I got my own luggage out of automobile. The reception team is ideal and works fine. The guest rooms have issues that are not being observed/or addressed. Housekeeping has some issues. Linens should be pressed and not stained. The telephone operating staff is fine. The room services are excellent. the Rivoli Bar is ok....severe lighting spot certain areas and others not lite at all. Unfortunately, there are some "bad" tables in bar area. The concierge service is excellent. Security excellent. Showers are way too small for us Texans.....lighting in suites needs to be dimmable......way too much severe lighting, even for a bathroom. The initial room was small for my comfort level and was changed to larger suite at my expense but at some "adjusted" rate. Bedspread was stained and written on with ink.....poor inspection for this quality of facility linens were soft but also had stains...hard to control temperature in room with unusually hot day in London

Tried to get a drink at the bar , was with a collegue, and was asked to leave even though I was a hotel guest. What was that all about?
