The staff at the Ritz Carlton is marvellous, courteous and exceptional. Very helpful on comments and advices, would support and recommend on how to get the sightseeings and so on. The hotel is conveniently located and is connected to all major hotels and shopping malls and Starhill Gallery.

The food is a high quality and would serve for different tastes. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Butler service was excellent. Hotel breakfast also as excellent.

The service was outstanding. The butler service was excellent. They saw to all our needs including our laundry. The staff at the rc lounge were very friendly and courteous. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Remarkable access to the lounge. Customer service incrediblely personalized and efficient.

The food & beverage of the Hotel is beyond expectations. You can literally spent the whole day within the hotel. We spent many memorable evenings at the 19th floor lounge. The room was ready when we checked in. My compliments to Ms Francis Chan, the Butler, who takes care of our everyday needs like laundry and our well being. Im certainly impressed by the utmost effort displayed by the other staffs as well like Simon who ensures that our laundry is delivered on time for our use. Again, my heartfelt appreciation to Ms Francis Chan for taking the time to see us off. Ill definitely will be staying at the Ritz Carlton again when Im in KL.

Excellent customer service. Would recommend an improvement in the quality of food in room service as this was less than to be desired for a 5 star hotel. This was the only dissapointment. very well kept. Always clean.

Very pleasant and attentive staff. The Hot Breakfast variety can be improved. The butler service was excellent.
