Travelcity books hotel for us but money is not debited from credit card in online booking which is good. However when you go to pay at hotel, they want 2.25% more if u pay by card + there is 20% tax/charges on the tariff of hotel which was also advised by Travelcity during online booking.

13 hours flight to dubai,I was exhausted and tired and the hotel manager wants me to wait foer 30 mins. I refused to do so then in 15 minutes thay gave me they keys to my room and when I wanted to go to sleep ,I lift the bed sheet and on the pillows I encountered the bunch of bed bugs,was one the disgusting moment of my life and I complained but they gave me another room but i didnt have a comfotable sleep because I had nightmare of bedbugs.

The location and facilities were very good for the rates charged. The only set back was the gym which definitely needs revamping. The day time front office-in-charge Mr. Rudy a very courteous person was ever so helpful in whatever assistance you needed. I would defnitely recommend any body who is looking for a quite, modreately rated place for either business or pleasure.

I recommend this hotel. This hotel is located very much within the city and hence we found it confortable commuting. The hotel is well maintained and was clean & tidy. Room was not big but not small either, confortable for a couple. The room had a small kitchen area with a Fridge, Microwave, toaster & utensils. The hotel receptionist was courteous however the room service staff did not respond to our requests on time. The hotel needs to improve on the food quality. Food was very oily and did not taste good. We had food only once in the hotel and then opted to eat out. Most of the hotels in Dubai provide breakfast as complementary, however here the same was charged. The hotel needs to improve a lot on its food menu and quality.` Overall a good hotel to stay.

I had a pleasant stay on this hotel, room is large and clean and the reception staff was accomodating, location is good with quick access to taxi service. I have no complaint and would recommend this to hotel for travelers.

I stayed for a week at the Richmond, The Amenities were apt, helped me in my cooking breakfast, make tea, wash clothes. The Room was clean, and service was good. I never felt the need for anything. Felt Good to come back after spending the entire day shopping or sight seeing. Ample parking space, since I had rented a car, I needed the parking space. Over all, because of the comfortable staying conditions, it was icing on the entire trip. Great place would stay again if I were to drop into Dubai

Breakfast needs to be improved drasticallyand urgently.

Bad thing on this Hotel, it is located on a busy road. Sometimes it was hard to find a peaceful sleep. Hotel itself its very good situated. Staff friendly, sometimes not good informed.

The Hotel apartment was good value for money with large clean room, comfortable bed and all the basic necessities. There was internet access available in the foyer but the printer did not work. I have been told that wired internet will be available in all rooms and there were infact workers pulling cables.

The location was ideal for us being within walking distance of Bur Dubai.

All in all a very happy stay at the hotel and would consider returning in the future.
