I didn't use many of the facilities but those used were value and quality. I was lucky enough to be upgraded and the room was fabulous. I had been for warned re the night club so this didn't detrack from the quality of the room.

The hotel service was slow, valet parking would take up to 40min to get the car, THEY DID NOT HONOR THE RATE I WAS GIVEN BY THIS SITE AND THEY CHARGED ME THEIR STANDARD RATE! The room was unbearably noisy,so much so that I was refunded a nights stay for my inconvenience.

Liked the room and the location but there were two few amenities in the room. A single chair at the desk, with two people one either had to lie down or leave. Nothing on the walls. We think the minimalist approach was a little extreme.

The hotel staff were particularly welcoming and helpful especially as my booking, although booked and confirmed on line had subsequently been cancelled by Holiday City and the hotel was not expecting me. Hotel full marks but Holiday City I will not use again.

A great place to stay Liked the simple clean latout. Builder could have done a better job in construction but that is more a criticsm of poor workmanship

the only down side I would say was the noise from the outside airconditioner unit

Wardrobe was not tall enough to hang suit bag or trousers. All other facilities were excellent.

Wonderful location for access to Adelaide city and amenities Excellent room, well equipped.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very relaxing and quiet. Good to be able to open window to get fresh air.
