On arrival we had put in orders for breakfast to be delivered by room service the following morning - when breakfasts never arrived and I went to reception to ask why, I was told that no room service was available because the restaurant was open that morning! This information would have been helpful when I handed the orders to this very same girl the previous day!

Perhaps the night manager needs to take care of this situation.
