Noisy people staying nearby 2-3 rooms away woke us up several times Beds were a bit uncomfortable but everything else was fine and good value for money

We could not get a meal (menu in room) because neither the "Bar" or the restaurant ever seemed to be open. On arrival we had put in orders for breakfast to be delivered by room service the following morning - when breakfasts never arrived and I went to reception to ask why, I was told that no room service was available because the restaurant was open that morning! This information would have been helpful when I handed the orders to this very same girl the previous day!

We noticed that other guests were quite noisy even after 11pm to midnight, disturbing the other guests. Perhaps the night manager needs to take care of this situation.
