A bit disappointed with cleanliness of beach. The room was enormous and hotel was nice enough to put in two matresses for kids so there was plenty of space for all. Unfortunately, our room was near the pool bar, so had one unfortunate incident with cockroach.

Customer care is second to none, and gym and spa are very user-friendly with helpful staff. All staff very attentive and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble. We shall definitely be back next year, and have already reccommended both the hotel and Langkawi to all our friends. Superb in all respects, with lots of little extras. Prompt attention to minor problems eg. noisy air con and faulty light bulb. Excellent room service.
