The hotel was fine, but the room size was very small

The deluxe room was far too small for 2 people so I had to upgrade after seeing the deluxe. There was literally only room for the bed in the deluxe room. The hotel's computer was 'broken' the entire time I was there (as well as the computer at the hotel down the sreet) this was a major inconvenience. For the most part the hotel staff was friendly. I would like to point out Soledad for being especially accomodating and friendly. Having a fridge, microwave, stove top, and real dishes was a tremendous treat especially as one can get fresh food on Rue de Levis for cooking!

I found that the soap and shampooo were changed everyday which is a big waste and this contribute to pollution. Many important and renowed hotels have an anti-polution and echologic program to minimize the waste of soaps and shampoo as well as the cleaning of the towels.

During my stay (I was single), I thus asked the cleaning service not to change the soap, shampoo and towels every day!

Good location just a few blocks away from Rue Levis, lively market street with shops and groceries. Monoprix market on Rue Levis. Popular restaurants nearby. Villiers metro 5 minutes from the hotel. Buffet breakfast is good start for the day. Friendly service at the reception. We had the 25 square metre residence which had two pretty small rooms separated with kitchenette. Opened sofa bed took most of the space in the room - when closed it was ok. Pillow was pretty hard. Even if there is an elevator you need to walk approximately 10 steps so with a wheelchair avoid this hotel. Kitchenette with microwave oven and fridge was handy when travelling with children.

The first room didn't correspond to VOUCHER (beds was not twin single). The second room was dirty. At last, the third room was good.

Very good service and breakfast. I forgot a necklace and the hotel sent it by mail ...that is service!

Very small hotel and rooms with no appreciable amenities, apart from the included breakfast. Hotel staff were also friendly and helpful. I was very disappointed at how small the appt. was. When I booked on-line for 4 people, I expected a suitably sized appartment for 4 human beings! We barely had any space to move, made worse when the sofa bed was in use. No place for luggage placement (international guests will have more than a backpack!). My kids were so disappointed, and we tried to move to a larger room, but were told this is the largest!!!!

For the price it is hard to beat. Located very close to Villiers metro and the market area it has laundrymat, all forms of grocvery shops, etc available near by (with five minutes walk). The closeness to Villiers is gret as we spent a month in France and never agin found the same range of foods e.g. cheeses, patisseries etc as was available in the one street here. Internet at hotel like most is reasonably expensive but works, and having the breakfast included in the price helps. It is basic continental but beat any others we had in time in France. Staff spoke good english and arranged taxis etc when required. This was our second stay at the hotel and this time as only two of us we stayed in the studio room.

Very basic but good value for money. No tea making facility as mentioned in description of the room.

Staff very helpful and friendly, in particular assisting non French speaking people such as myself. Suggest hotel supply washing up materials (dish washing liquid & drying towel) for guests to clean supplied cooking utensiles when staying multiple nights.

Staff very helpful. Hotel only 5-10 mintes easy walk from metro. Supermarket and other shops close by as well. Buffet breakfast more than we expected from French hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room as generally rooms in france are quite small. It was fairly spacious and well equiped.

When checking out from the hotel on 17th February the receptionist at the hotel (who refused to provide his name) insisted that the reservation would be subject to a supplement of Euro 25 per night, because he claimed there was an error on the internet. Double bed was a sofa bed, which was particularly uncomfortable

One of the rooms was very good but the 2nd room's cooking facilities were not working. Would also recommend providing kitchen sponge, detergent & tea towel to enable people to wash their dishes and dry them appropriately. Also, rooms are in need of airconditioning as very hot. Otherwise good.

Facilities offered were as expected from advertising

Although the apartment had a kitchen the facilities were very poor e.g there was a breadboard in the kitchen but not a single knife and no classes.
