I enjoyed my stay except that I had to wait for almost two hours to get into my room. This was difficult after a 12hour flight. I had emailed you my arrival time.

More chairs in the lobby. Water from shower seems to flow to the floor although shower curtain was in place. Instructions on how to use the internet from the room would be appreciated.
