We enjoyed the ambience at the Hotel and found the staff to very helpful and courteous. The Hotel is very well situated, close to all amenities and stores

The room cost was fine but then I was unaware of a $25 per night car parking fee which compared to other hotels who charge say $15.00 it was not as economical as I first thought. Air Conditioning was difficult to get right.

Hotel staff offered exceptional service and were over all very helpful with information in general. Highly recommend the welcome and service standard. Room was satisfactory- a little 'tired' due to age but all in all value for money.

The glass covering the door to the "balcony" diod not fit properly and the winds lead to howling day and night. We were only able to deal with this by partially opening the inner door which explsed us to road and train noise
