Renaissance Seattle Hotel was designed by Rem Koolhaas and opened in 2004. The building's steel-and-glass of diamond-shaped windows encompasses an entire city block. This 28-storey hotel features 553 guestrooms, all of which have triple-sheeted beds and modern amenities. Venetian-plaster walls and picture windows encircle the 28th-floor Italian dinner restaurant. Other dining options include a Northwest Cafe and a lobby lounge.

There is 18,000 square feet of meeting and event space on site, including a ballroom for 800 guests.
