only a bit comment on buffet breakfast where the supply to replenish was rather slow and the varities was "too localised" in view of accommodation purpose is almost excellent.

Service staff at the restaurant could have been more hospitable. Lacked smiles and warmth No need for a quilted duvet as it gets too hot

Upon check-in, the receptionist was courteous but when request for change of room, the altitude totally change. Insist that, i book for a queen size bed. When show her the booking confirmation, she claim is subjected to room availability. Expect to have something great since it is a club floor room but ended up with disappointment. Given a queen size bed and when request for a king size bed need to top up M$192. After further negotation, top up addn M$100++. The fruits provided in the room was near to bad. Who would want to take the fruits. Only thing that can be recommended is the lounge. Ambience and service is gd.
An enjoyable experience New bed too soft ... sorry ... I found it didn't support my back.
Though non-smoking room unavailable despite request upon reservation, the front desk officer who helped me was polite and courteous and she asked house-keeping to spray air refresher before I went to the room. She had also given me an extra bed free-of-charge when she knew I checked in with baby. No problem with room conditions overall. Just loud nuisance noise heard once a while day and night. I stayed in a corner room (room no. 1012) so I guess the noise is from the water pump or hose.
I must comment on the service level of the staff at the hotel. They are very responsive. I have asked for a pot of hot water cos when I want to boil some water, the water from the tap is yellowish. I just informed the staff about it, not a complaint actually. When I come back from shopping a few hours later, the problem was rectified. The responsiveness to guest comment is highly commendable.
I think your strength is in your people. I found the staff very customer-centric. Keep it up. I also observed that the GM actually goes round the hotel checking on different departments. I've not seen this being done in very many hotels. In fact I saw him doing this every day of my stay. That gave me the assurance that I'll get good quality service. Good work, keep it up ! I'm generally happy with the room. However, as a feedback to consider for improving further, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the wash basin in the toilet. This has an overflow port which is not visible except as a reflection through the mirror. This was full of dirt and it was shown very clearly through the mirror. Your housekeeping people are doing a great job and don't let this mar their work.
