Take a little too long to check out at the cashier. Didn't top up sufficient coffee n tea bag n sugar. Only 2 bath towels are given , no hand and small towel.

friendly staff, great checkout, good concierge and parking facilities, dirty swimming pool water, checkin was slow.

Generally adequate facilities and a reasonably well equipped gymnasium Although adequate, for a club room in a 5 star hotel I expected a bigger more luxurious rooom.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Just one point I'd like to make though- We ate at the Chinese restaurant, and repeatedly requested strictly vegetarian food with NO MOCK MEAT...despite that one of the three dishes we ordered was full of it...that was a waste of 25 MR for us....

The check in clerk told us that there were no double beds available without first checking. However, when we persisted, she finally find the rooms for us? why is this so? the hotel wasn't even full? needs renovation badly

I think that this hotel is very old.It doesn't looks like a five star hotel at all instead i think its more like 3 stars. Quite dissapointed. I really hope that they can do a major renovation to it. The Quilt cover is very dirty and i find that the queen size bed is rather small.The wardrobe is very old too.

We have a baby travelling with us so it would be helpful if there are more ramps around the hotel to facilitate the pram moving in and out. The captain at the Capers restaurant was very helpful cos we arrived at the hotel at 9.30 and he promised to wait for us to unpack before closing, that kind of attitude was commendable. The windows are dirty and should be cleaned, it makes the room look sloppy.
