The staff, especially concierge, go the extra mile to make a visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They provide first class service with a genuine smile. Wow! One of the best rooms I stayed in, even in hotels of similar price and class. The bed was so comfortable, with crisp cotten sheets and lots of soft down pillows that I didn't even want to get up to explore the city.

Gym is not useable, need to really invest in machines and weights. A bit old and items quite prone to become defective (Leaking Tiolet X 2, sink x1 and Foot fungus X1 (bathroom))
