Despite being in the new wing, I find some of the amenities in the room a bit old/"worn out". I expected things to be a bit newer.

Check-in time is 2pm. Unfortunate, my room is not ready when I arrive at 2.30pm. Should not request the guest to wait for 1 hour to get the room clean. Housekeeping should improve their schedule of cleaning Should provide toothbrush and toothpaste for free.

I have stayed at this hotel on and off over the last 6 years and I must say that the quality of service (which was great already) has been increased. The staff are great and excellent facilities.

The concierges were particularly helpful and knowledgable. The shower head is far too low for someone like me at 195cm

please have better pool in which one can swim and not just a shallow pool. also please have a jacuzzi. otehr hotels have good pools.

The service was found a little wanting. Our original room was found defective - aircon and tv were not working. Our complaint to reception took a long time for a response. We had to call at least twice for attention. We wasted a good half hour waiting to be relocated and could not bathe nor unpack. The final straw came at check out when the hotel added on taxes to the room rate of RM195 and a mini-bar charge that we did not use. I understood from your website that the total room charge was rm195/night. When I asked to see the original check-in voucher that I furnished upon check-in, the hotel had somehow misplaced it. However, the duty manager made it up by waiving the taxes. The room tariff is high if taxes are added.

The best hotel i've stayed in all my trips, in terms of value for money. Like the idea the room is Internet Broadband ready. TV programs are good too.

One small thing always difficult to understand is why hotels do not provie Ice machine on floors to save room service having to deliver zero value items? We were pleased with the room, good furnishing and comfortable
