i was really surprised with the emergency response plan during the power cut during my stay. would nicer if we have wireless network for the business traveller

We didn't have problems until we went to check out. We were on the executive floor so we arranged for a taxi to be ready at 5:00a.m. We couldn't get anyone to come up to pick up our luggage to take down to the lobby. We ended up having to carry it down ourselves because we needed to leave for the airport. There wasn't a taxi waiting for us either. I was disappointed with the departure.

Bad that a hotel of this class don't have free internet especially for my roomtype. Most hotels of this category has that nowadays.

Good location for going out, monorail opposite the street - not dependent on taxi. View to swimming pool means view to construction site.

Should provide bus service to some of the local big shopping centres. Transport is not very convenient and taxi needs long waiting time. The bed and pillow is not comfortable hence the given 3 points for Bed.

Service is good but can be improved on.

The piping infra in the hotel should improve as the sound of running water by other occupants could be heard. This is disturbing.

Need more staff at the check-in and check-out counter during pick period. Room No.725 water drip from the ceiling board near to the toilet entrance.

Queue to get in for breakfast is just too long. Tables available but guess there isn't sufficient service staff to clear the table so that the guests cld be ushered in faster. altho promotion caters for 2 adults and 2 kids it is not possible to accommodate all. Initially we were given single twin beds and they miserably narrow. No possibility of space for 2 young kids.

Simply a great hotel to stay in.

Check in was fast, we did not need to wait even 10mins and that's excellent! Over all, very satisfied with room.

The service was very haphazord and slow. There was no water for one day and then the water was dirty for the remainder of the stay.

The front offcie desk was very helpful and helped sort out a problem on the reservations in a very efficient and amicable way. Was very pleased. Overall, the service was very friendly and helpful. Excellent room. enjoyed the stay.
