The hotel location is the best point from this hotel,the facility and the hotel it self in my opinion is nothing special and i think its 3.5 star hotel. we stayed at the standar room on the east wing with Petronas Tower view,yes the view from our room no 1004 was great.

The bath tub was not clean properly, as I could see many bits of leftover hairs surfacing from the sides, when I was showering. Don't feel good with that... Secondly, I am experiencing many times electricity trip-off for the room. It will triggle for 1 second and restore the electrical power again. Hence, TV power was being turn off, many times throughout my stay. Probably the hotel should consider to change the wire curcuit in the premises.

Good quality hotel with excellent service. We stayed a total of 4 nights. Good restaurants and helpful staff. We recommend this hotel.

First experienced the Executive Package at the Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur in 2007 and returned this year en route from Europe holiday. Hotel is excellent across the board. The breakfast selection is magnificent and caters to all tastes and nationalities. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxing, professional, private and in general you don't feel like you are staying at a hotel. The staff are all very courteous and helpful and I cannot recommend the Executive Package too highly. It is truly value for money and I intend to return for a third visit in the near future.

I like the hotel since it located at the city and near to tourism destination such as Petronas and KL tower.

It also near from the business district and convention centre like KLCC.

We are dissapointed with the tv with very bad reception.
Asked the technician to look into the problem when we came back but still the same...
I hope the management will take this seriously as to upgrade the tv set to LCD tv.
Other than that we are very happy with our stay in the hotel.

I have previously stayed in hotels in London, Paris, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, New Zealand, Beijing, Shanghai, Bali, Penang and without doubt the Renaissance IS THE BEST EVER. The location was EXCELLENT, the Breakfast selection was EXCELLENT, the view was EXCELLENT, the Pool Area was EXCELLENT and the Executive Lounge was EXCELLENT. I have never had a more enjoyable stay at a hotel anywhere.
The only thing that happened to spoil the hotel a bit for me was on checkout there was a misunderstanding about the account and the hotel tried to charge me more than my internet booking had shown. This was sorted out by the staff but it did spoil the stay somewhat.
I will be travelling through Kuala Lumpur again next year with my wife and daughter and will definitely consider staying at the Renaissance again if the price is competitive.

Hotel is clean and beautiful. The swimming pool is big but perhaps the management may want to build an interesting pool for kids to enjoy. The rooms should be equipped with spray jets or installed with bidets especially for Muslim customers.

A lof of facilities offered by hotel.Excellent service and very friendly staff.Good location short walk to KL City centre.Expensive to use ammeniteis in hotel tho. Good Clean room.Good air conditioning.Good size for 2people.Excellennt view of city.

i was over chargeds for breakfast.l was initially told 100 per day then i was charged 100 per room not happy 1st day i came in the evening one of the rooms was in a right state . Also requested adjoining rooms which i did'nt get was'nt impressed.

I paid what I've got. The facilities was as good as money can buy. However, some of my malay friends said that the room rate was expensive in my time. Big enough, but no wireless internet. It had network cable, but so complicated to use

Pleasant. Good connectivity to cities and airport! Your mini bar is poorly stock-up. No robes and toothbrush/past available. Breakfast should be inclusive for business. Room interior needs improvement.
