Hotel is excellent across the board. The breakfast selection is magnificent and caters to all tastes and nationalities. The atmosphere at the hotel is very relaxing, professional, private and in general you don't feel like you are staying at a hotel. The staff are all very courteous and helpful and I cannot recommend the Executive Package too highly. It is truly value for money and I intend to return for a third visit in the near future.

It also near from the business district and convention centre like KLCC.

Asked the technician to look into the problem when we came back but still the same... I hope the management will take this seriously as to upgrade the tv set to LCD tv. Other than that we are very happy with our stay in the hotel.

The location was EXCELLENT, the Breakfast selection was EXCELLENT, the view was EXCELLENT, the Pool Area was EXCELLENT and the Executive Lounge was EXCELLENT. I have never had a more enjoyable stay at a hotel anywhere. The only thing that happened to spoil the hotel a bit for me was on checkout there was a misunderstanding about the account and the hotel tried to charge me more than my internet booking had shown. This was sorted out by the staff but it did spoil the stay somewhat. I will be travelling through Kuala Lumpur again next year with my wife and daughter and will definitely consider staying at the Renaissance again if the price is competitive.
