Its wonderful. I probably would waive away from the other hotels where you have to contend with a kid in a single 5 star hotel room, at least you have wonderful space to move around in the house. You get a feel as if you,re home. highly recommended. Especially for familioes with kids and romantic couples.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a great experience. The room was very spacious and had a great outlook with plenty of windows. The room had obviously had a facelift and was very fresh and clean. Would definately stay here again.

Had a bit of trouble with some of the appliances in the room - the dishwasher leaked and one electrical socket stopped working while we were there.. Was obviously an ex-smokers room - but I understand we arrived just before a refurbishment.

The room was excellent, except a for a broken toilet flush. The subdivision of rooms might cause difficulties when 2 couples are travelling together (bedrooms are only separated by curtains, not doors)

had problems working the air conditioning, in the end gave up and opened the window!

Staff are friendly, and location is good for St. Kilda/Prahran. Very satisfied with the room - definitely above average. Although used cutlery, dishes etc. were not cleaned properly.

The room was very spacious, well set out/designed and has a lovely view but is looking a little tired - a coat of paintwould improve greatly and carpets which were frayed at the joins need attention. It is a brilliant place to stay and I would use it again.
