Everyone was superb. No heating in room. Could have been a problem if weather had been colder.

Last time (in Januari 2004) when I stayed at this hotel I must change the room because the door lock was broken (I could not lock the door from inside). The heater made a noise and it was difficult to sleep.

Although we picked this hotel because it had air conditioning, they had turned all the units off. We had to keep the window open. The room was large by European standards but not all rooms were large.
