I would not recommend your car service from the Hong Kong airport to the hotel. First, the service has horrible times for it to run. Most hotels in Hong Kong run every hour or half hour. In our case, we arrived at 9:15p.m., so we missed the 8:30p.m. run. We were advised that we would have to wait until 11p.m. to get the next free shuttle service. This is not logical as it would have been 3 hours before we got to the hotel. You need to review this service and the appropriate shuttle times.

Then when I got to the hotel, I had reserved a "Non-Smoking" room. I was advise that this was a "treated" non-smoking. It was horrible smoke smelling (event the luggage boy said it was bad) and I had to go back down to the desk to get a different room which was obviously non-smoking as there was no smoke smell. Why wasn't I given this room the first time?

Based on the above experience, I would question whether I will stay at your hotel again.

I Would Recommend This Hotel To Any Traveller. I hope Holiday City Can Maintain The Price .If So I Will Definitely Book Again Later In The Year.

Breakfast buffet should have some more variety. Pancakes waffels and some fresh fuit juices Would be nice.

I would recommend this hotel but it would depend on the room charge. I was given a good rate and i would pay more depending on the rates from other hotels i have stayed at.
