My six day stay at The Regal Hong Kong Hotel.

I was impressed with the hotel, as one would expect from a five star hotel.
The location, room, food and service , were all excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.
If I ever returned to Causeway Bay, I woud definitely consider staying there again.

My visit is quite frequent and often stays in Park Lane or Excelsior Hotels. We found your hotel location is good and close to our business rendezvous. In general, all are very satistactory. Our comments would be
1. flushing toilet is not working properly( needs to flush several times )
2. noises from adjacent room can be heard quite loudly from toilet room .
3. the schedule of bus shuttle service to and for should be frequent or upon request if possible.
4. No compliment water served in our room.
5. For multiple night stay, hotel should provide fruits or any gifts for our memorable visit and you will have us as a loyal customer.

Personally I think the breakfast room could do with a facelift, as it's a bit dour. I'm not sure I can remember the colour scheme that well, but it seems there's an attempt to compensate the absence absence of natural light with an omnipresent yellow hue. Or maybe it's the furniture, or layout, or lighting, but something is not right considering the splendour of the lobby. Very nice room, and one of my preferred hotels in HK. The only problem is the noise insulation from the street (I suppose normal for HK) and especially from the internal plumbing. Ie. showers, toilets flushing,... So it's not easy to get a full night's rest.

All the staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The room was very cold without the airconditioning on so it would be nice to have the option of a/c or heater in the one unit.
