The location good, Vavin metro is almost opposite to the hotel.We liked the cleanliness of the room and the beds and also the staff was friendly.For breakfast we would have liked a small piece of salty ham or cheese, I think many people would appreciate that. Next time in Paris we propably will try this hotel again.

We only stayed for one night at the Raspail. It was very easy to find and close to the metro, very easy to get into the city from there.

Reception staff and especially the lady who organised our breakfast was very helpful friendly and professional.

The room was quite basic but very clean. Perfect for a one or two night stop over. We would recommend it as such and would definitely stay there again.

As we came into Paris by train, and the specific train station we arrived in was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, the location for us was excellent. The room was very good, all the amenities we needed, a good bed and a great size bathroom. While in Paris we utilized public transit, and found that the hotel was in a good location for accessing, not only the subway, but specifically subway lines which took us to a great deal of the major Paris attractions. The older building the hotel was located in, was charming and yet the tiny elevator was a bit of an inconveniece, as two people and their luggage completely fill it to capacity. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was not completely satisfying. While the female attendant on the desk the night we arrived was kind, courteous, and helpful, the male attendant on the desk the day we were signing out, appeared disinterested with us. We had to get his attention after waiting for a few minutes before he would even acknowledge we were there. To be honest our overall experience of the hotel was a positive one, but the experience specifically with some of the staff made our rating of the hotel good and not very good.

Excellent location for lots of good restaurants, and very conveniently situated for metro etc. Albeit supposedly a superior room it was very compact, and had to upgrade to a jnr suite to feel more comfortable. Also the rooms were extremely warm and although it says that the hotel has airconditioning, this is only availble from 1 May.

Pretty pricey if you ask me. But, I think that's because the U.S. dollar value is so weak. The room overlooked a very busy intersection in Paris, so it was pretty noisy. We wore earplugs to help get some sleep
