We had an great stay ,the rooms are big,clean and bright, we also had a poolside view which was an add bonus.
Phil and KC who run the blue rooms are 2 of the nicest people you will ever meet, they advised on great places to eat and places to avoid, help us to organize trips and even took us to the location of one when the bus was full.
The location of the hotel was perfect with lovely grounds and the local bus stopped right outside.
We both felt that the hotel was bright value for money and would recommend it to all our friends who go to Port Douglas

The stay at Blue Leaf Rooms exceeded expectations.
We stayed for 3 nights at Blue Leaf Tea Rooms and found the entire experience excellent. Everything was superior, from our arrival to departure.

On arrival, we were personally met by the owners who take great time and effort to talk to each guest and get to know them, the personal touch is very important as you are not considered a "number". Phill and KC took interest in our plans and had numerous suggestions and recommendations of things we could do, places we could visit, tours to take and places to eat. We followed all their advice, which is based on excellent local knowledge, and they never put us on a wrong course.
They are very plesant and helpful and comfortable.
There is access to internet and the rooms were clean, bright and airy.

While there is no restaurant attached to the Blue Leaf Rooms, Phill and KC make excellent recommendations and it provides good freedom to choose where to go and see more of the town.

We would definately stay here again in the future, and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel, very unique motif. Nice, clean room, excellent housekeeping staff.

Service was quite slow and staff appeared a bit disinterested at times. Bed was quite hard, but ok.

Place was looking a little tired and needs brightening up. Grounds not that well kept. Room was OK
