I was rather freaked out as he had woken me out of a deep sleep and I could see through the peep hole that he was big and belligerent. I called the front desk. That fellow was up the stairs in about 5 seconds and was very skilful in talking the young man into going with him down to the correct floor to find his buddies. I was impressed.

The pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it very much. The location of the hotel was convenient, only a block's walk from the C-Train, city buses and McMahon stadium, and 3 blocks from UoC.

The only downside was that the wireless internet in my room had very poor signal strength so it was difficult to get email and access my company's network.
