We really enjoyed our stay, the room was big and my kids had fun. The only improvements that are needed is the childrens play pool needs to be warmer, my kids went down the little slide a couple of times then went into the main pool as it was too cold to continue on. The waves were pittiful, I've been to many wave pools and that was pathetic! Another issue we had was at check in, the main reason I choose the Ramada was it was suppose to offer continetial breakfast they took it out even though it's still being advertise on websites! We should have gotten at least a $15 credit but they were not willing to budge. Overall it was okay, would probably stay again but I could look for a better hotel that would accomodate all my families needs, pretty easily.
