The hotel's location was the only thing nice as it was in the shopping district. The room was so small and cramped, no tv, carpet old and not so clean. Bathroom was clean though. Hotel staff were not very friendly, lacked customer service and courtesy. Overall the hotel didnt give value for money.

it as my first time in hk and stayed in ramada kowloon. the hotel s fairly good and everyone has been very accomodating.. the only thing is that not at all can speak english bcoz i think its very normal to ask everyone including the room service attendants where to find certain locations or if they can recomend places to go first..and they just have hot/cold water until 1 or 2am.. i dont know if it was just me or they timed it until 2am.. hotel is great location for shopping electronics and signatured clothing and brands..

The room was cleaner and larger than I had expected because the price was so reasonable. The location is fantastic. I would stay here again.

STAFF AND HOSPITALITY IS EXCELLENT.
THE ROOM FOR 2 PERSONS IS VERY SMALL.
NOT ENOUGH DRAWS TO PUT CLOTHES.
BUFFET BREAKFAST IS GOOD. ONLY I DIDN'T LIKE THE
EGGS THE WAY THEY WERE COOK.
LOCATION IS EXCELLENT.

Location is good but security is not so good. Anyone can just enter and take a lift up without being stopped. Bathroom tap and bathtub tap tend to clog up after a while. This is especially bad for the bathroom tap.
