Good hotel to stay for business purposes. The check in is not allowed before 2.30 p.m. Bed is not soft, became hard and feels like sleeping on the rock.

Very nice room, staff courteous and helpful. Food good and very good value for money. Location initially thought to be too far out but tram stop right outside took us everywhere we wanted to go for just 2 HKD.

Hotel Location is too far to the MRT and far from the citys shopping centers center like Mongkok. Tsim tsai tsui... Almost ideal.

confusion about about booking when we arrived. checkout staff a bit "rude" on departure. quality of english varied considerably. bed too hard

everything is great except for the table lamp - the bulb is busted and they didnt bother to replace it despite my request.
