No, not really When I checked out I had asked for a copy of the statement and she wasn't going to give it to me. She told me you would have to get it from thecompany you booked with. Then there was another girl behind the counter so she helped me. Yea it was in a convenient location Yea the food was good. When I booked on line there was no indication that there were renos going on, I probably not stayed here, if that was the case. Wasn't real happy with the room overall. The door did't really shut properly. We were at the end of the hall, looked liked we were in a closet. Plus, online it said there was a fitness center but of course it wasn't working, it would of been nice to know that.

On the 17th, the room wasn't to bad, a little dirty but acceptable

On the 22th, room dirty, bad smell in the room, windows frame and windows grose and in bad shape, old section of the hotel.

Staff excellent. Water park excellent

I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and it was the most I have enjoyed a hotel in a long time. I slept throughout the day and wasn't bothered and anything I needed was close at hand whether it be from the hotel or the shopping near by. I was very pleased with my stay.
