nice for the price

location is close to downtown and other neighbourhoods; amenities nice for the price; botanica lounge in shangrila style with running water and falls and lots of foliage; lounge staff very attentive and hospitable ... conference services (banquets) needs to be a little more attentive and punctual; our group of 150 waited for 30 minutes for the scheduled lunch and that really caused problems with the afternoon schedule of the conference ... but staff very cooperative and friendly ...

I was there for two weeks and the staff were very helpful at all times.The food was great and well served.It was an ideal location and i would return.The room was a bit older but maid service great.
