Bed a bit too hard but room cleanliness was exceptional. Room was rather hot & stuffy.

the hotel is centrally located. Close to public transport and very close to Sky Tower.

Room was good,but surrounding was poor, you could hear people talking all night long.

a bed side lamp would be a great help for when in bed, so the customers doesnt have to get out of bed to turn off the light which plunges the room into total darkness

Did not like the room layout, tea making facilities should be next to the main table in the room

The street noise is unbearable, very hard to sleep.

Unable to communicate with staff in English, although staff very courteous. Staff explanation of breakfast procedure unclear and when breakfast came, it was not what we ordered. Draperies could not be closed totally so had to put chair against them to keep closed--had come detached from rod.

toilet had not been cleaned

there were no elevators working and I had to haul 2 heavy suitcases up a long flight of stairs. No one was on the desk for checkout until 8 o'clock in the morning. The entry and exit doors were very irritating and yhe place seemed like a cheap hostel rather than a reasonably priced hotel. I was disappointed. The room was very adequate

It seems like all the guests on the same floor was having a party all night long (until 5 am!). We could not sleep with koud voices and noises of doors being shut. Top of drawers were very dusty.

I would use it again. Very good bathroom.

There were a number of visitors who seemed to eat there and never wash their dishes. Thus, when you would go in to get a glass or dish in the evening, you would see their huge mess. Not very pleasant at all. It seems they should not be allowed to use the area if they cannot clean up after themselves. There was NO heat. A tiny fan could be borrowed. Our first one did not work.

Reception hours extremely limited. Cleaner failed to replace towels on one occasion, causing some inconvenience. Discount rooms available at 5 star hotels at similar cost on this particular weekend. Nice room but considerable noise from the street.
