On the facility, there's not much. And the internet was down at that time. We were not able to enjoy that deal. Coz it's in their adv. At a very affordable rate, the room is great....

We found the beds very hard.

in a very convenient part of town, inexpensive, great renovations. was pleasantly surprised.very clean & spacious

kids were playing and chatting on the internet terminals all evening and it was very frustrating to have to ask them to leave and have them refuse. The desk staff seemed reluctant to do anything about it. There was a noise all night from some sort of motor outside the window.

Enjoyed our stay in Auckland and in general at your hotel, however, we did find the bed too hard for a comfortable rest.

even though we arrived at 530 the room was not ready. The bed was very very hard. Think it was a horse hair mattress.

Water staining outside door of room I stayed in smelled of mold or mildew. Recommend it be cleaned or repaired as soon possible as this could be serious health hazard not only for visitors but also for staff. Room was a non smoking room but there was a cigarette butt on the floor by the shower that I discovered the morning after my arrival when I went to have a shower. Taps in bathroom hot/cold is reversed. Initially thought there was no hot water until I went to get cold water and almost burned myself. Might be good idea to put small sign to indicate this. Otherwise room met my needs for someplace to sleep for firt two nights in Auckland

free internet, not very flexible, lot of reorganization of reception area during my stay. very big room, no windows, very dark, no sunlight inside.

I don't think there is a place for having breakfast or any type of food but as the hotel is situated very close to lots of restaurants, it doesn't matter. The only negative point about the room I got is that there was no window but I asked specifically for a quiet room and it was quiet indeed so I have nothing to complain about.

Fan didn't work. Electric sockets hanging off wall. Toilet roll holder hanging off wall.

There was no crockery depsite advertising a kitchen so no plates etc. Although a microwave was provided there was nothing to cook things on. No high chair for the baby and breakfast coffee was always cold! The room was never hoovered in the week we spent there which was not acceptable. Also no extra towels were provided for the baby and the sink was only cleaned once every few days.

We appreciated the free internet. When we entered the room the curtains were closed, we soon saw why: the view out of the window was absolutely appalling.

My room was facing the main road and the traffic noise throughout the night disturbed me and my wife and we had a very restless night. We informed the reception the next morning and the new room they gave us was okay.

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything that was happening in other rooms therefore impossible to get a good night sleep.

Your free internet service is very useful. My only complain was that I was given a window-less room.

Good price however the reception's attitude was not good - No smiles on the staff faces!! While booking this accommodation online, i have noted that i will checked in during 7-9am. When i arrived, they told me there was no room reserved for me and i had to wait until 2pm.

It would have been better if the lift floors were renumbered ie all rooms 200+ were on level 2 as is common practice in other hotels. It was difficult to work out how to get into the hotel from the carpark. The window was unfinished and appeared to be missing two panels. The curtain did not cover the entire window.

The room number 239 has NO window !
