Few cockies in the room near the tea pot stand. Needs pest control.

The conceirge was very helpful and helped us planned our touring route. I believe we were upgraded, thats why the quality of the room and bed were better than expected.

The mini bar was not stocked, you were required to call houes keeping to have it stocked......If the mini bar was stocked I would be inclined to use it, however to call and have it stocked it was less appealling.

The hotel could probably have a separate tourist desk and inform the tourists as to what are the places to see and how to go around the city.

The makeshift bed is very lousy. Uncomfortable and I have bites all over my legs.

Breakfast was the same everyday.It was acceptable for the 1st 2 days then we could not bring ourselves to eat the food anymore. The toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived. I wanted to move out immediately but i changed my mind. The Hotel was below a hill so it was troublesome for my mum to climb it everytime we wanted to go out.

it would be great if the hotel rooms have hair-dryer attach to the bathroom.

Checking in needs quite a long time for your staff to settle. Should provide more TV shows/channel, like Vision.

There are not much facilities except the swimming pool. Would like to have gym, fitness and spa, jacuzzi services. I don't mind paying the entrance fee to these facilties at a hotel guest discount. The reception should provide KL city map. I'm overall satisfied with the room. Would like to have more TV channels. Some writing materials are also required. There is no KL city map, information in the room.

The restaurant which the breakfast is provided is full of housefly. I can hear the next door talking, running water and people walking outside my room.

A good choice with its price and location

The ceiling of the room had cobwebs.and even a hair dryer needs reservation.staff were unfriendly and even when we request for extra towels as the bathtub was leaking staff wanted us to exchange the existing towels before giving us new ones. Bad experience

Why didn't it occur to you to have gym facilities even somewhere near to the pool side? need to have more selection of in house movie if possible or aleast cable.
