First impression of the front desk staff is not impressive. Doesn't feel welcome. No swimming pool for kids. Bathroom condition needs improvement.

Had quite a un-friendly gesture from the swimming pool supervisor. Should not be appointed to deal directly with customers.

Taxi touts outside hotel overcharges. Appears to be a gang led team of taxi drivers. Poor power supply. Power was cut off from 2am onwards. Internet services were down at certain period of the day. Toilet paper and other sanitary items were not replenished when check in.

Overall is OK. The receptionist ladies are Good. The room I stayed #1208, is GOOD.

We aren't that happy with the bathroom. There is no toothpaste in the bathroom. And what's more surprise is that, there are cockroaches coming out from the service duct cover underneath the bathtub.

Room Service was extremely slow and used to bill in Cash whenever room service was ordered. Inspite of the fact, we we were willing to pay by credit card and also kept a deposit.

kindly advise the hotel to fix some tiles in the bathroom

The use of room phone is restricted and can only be used once a deposit is paid. Suggest local calls can be made without having to pay a phone deposit. The air conditioning needs to be improved (not enough cooling).

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The decor is fresh and the large windows take advantage of the spectacular view. The rooms are a good size.

i feel that this hotel served a good purpose for me to relax and also do business definitely very comfortable

Hotel is located very central and close to main shopping strip.. (5 minutes walk approximately).

Breakfast spread is OK. The carpet in the room is stale and the toilets cleanliness could be improved.

Taxi drivers have a scam to overcharge visitors. Wont use metres. Good.

need bigger bath tub

the reception not cooperative and does not provide detail explanation, also the city tours which are arranged by the hotel are very bad, with no major places to be vieved and the guide who is with the group is horrible person who gives attantion only to white skinned persons

As a cash paying customer I was asked to leave a deposit which is reasonable. Upon attempting to use the room telephone I found it was barred and when I rang the operator to enquire I was told I would need to leave another deposit. This was inconvenient and as I had to return to the front desk I found it easier and cheaper to continue walking to a public telephone. The requirement for a telephone deposit for cash paying customers should be explained at the time of check in so appropriate arrangements could be made. Poor in provisions. No bottled water for example available. In need of a general overhaul.

It can be improve

hotel 24hr cafe, shld have bigger variety of dishes. During the day. But prices are really reasonable and the food is good. rooms shld provide guests with hairdryer.

Bed felt like wood; I wouldn't even sleep under the covers.
