I would definitely have rather spent more money on a nicer hotel. Although the location was pretty good, the room and bedding felt very cheap and tacky. The rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade. Tiles were missing in the bathroom, the paint was chipped, the lights are very dark (almost impossible to see) etc.

Receptionist is very welcoming guests when arrived. However the bellboy not carrying guests' luggages up to reception counter. Unable to locate additional power socket for charging my mobile phone.

I travel frequently for business around this region, probably in KL about 3-4 times a year just for business and other times for short holiday. Unlike other countries the front desk people need to smile more and show the guest(s) that they are most welcome. I don't get that feeling in KL. The Kopitiam is great. Generally the food in KL is among my favourite. Should prohibit taxi drivers (some can be seen standing in front of the driveway)to choose their customers. They are interested only to take customers to KLIA or Sunway, too bad I'm only going to Jl Ampang for business meeting. Complimentary bottle water should be made available for the guest.

In breakfast,if indian dishes like Dosa and parata are included it will attract more visitors from India. Corner room is smaller and hence it should be compensated by providing additinal amenities.

A little bit to find the hotel at first. For those who is driving ( non local ), maps provided could be improved by showing traffic direction flow, entrance of hotel, and method of checking-in eg drop passenger and proceed to park car in car-park etc.

According to the email confirmation, we could do check in/check out at the Lounge. But the lounge staff weren't aware of this and we were directed to the reception. Furthermore, there is no reason for one to go to the Lounge as there is nothing there except coffee/tea which is available in our rooms. Other hotels provide a constant flow of juices. With a twin (2 beds) room becomes small. Bathroom can do with some upgrading.
