I saw a cockroach crawling on the sink one time. You can probably improve sanitation or pest control. Also, the sheets I slept on had a stain. The towels are already worn out and thinning from too many washes. Maybe it's time to change them.

The Hotel was just what we wanted, good food and service and very comfortable. We were totally satisfied with our room and the service that wqas provided.

I ENJOYED MY STAY AT RADIUS INTERNATIONAL, I WOULD RECOMMEND A FRIEND AND POSSIBLY STAY THERE NEXT TIME I VISIT KUALA LUMLUR. THE ROOM WAS PREMIER TWIN, IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THE SERVICE WAS MORE THAN ADEQUATE

it is well-located within many tourist attractions and shopping centre. They are all sited within walking distance and suits everyone . Definitely it is value for money.

Reception not very friendly and housekeeping service not satisfactory.

The hotel has pretty flexible check in and out hours which has made my plans so easy and smooth. The room is not well equipped, such as the side table lamp faulty and there are stains on the bed sheet.

The hotel is very much situated in the city so it was quite a relief to just walk a few minutes to and from the malls I feel very much comfortable in the room. The view from our window is great! :)

Room size was ok buti was not happy with the room cleanliness, carpet was not clean & paint on wall was dirty & fungus around the air conditioning duct.

Check in service was already very slow, yet seeing someone cut queue & they served him and don't bother us who patiently queued up. lot of cockroach - bad hygiene

no much TV channel to choose. Esp HBO and chinese channel. TV is very important to determine 'return customer" Too dark, smelly, packed.

It's very easy to get around there that has shopping center. I got a best view from my room that was I can see Petronas and KL tower. It's made me feel good.

Service staff was friendly and efficient.Keep up the good job. Need to improve on sound block between room. We can hear our neighbours conversation laud and clear throughout our's stay.
