The following claims in the website were not provided. 1) Fruits whole day at premier lounge. 2) Fresh fruit basket in room on arrival day. The table lamp could not be switched on. May be nothing wrong with that, but I did not ask for help.

generally very good value. A bit of a scramble to get into and have breakfast but really not bad. I would hope to stay with you again in or around 7th.Feb. All pretty fine. The cleaning of some of the bathroom equipment was'nt quite upto the standard that I would expect

I hope hotel can provide umbrella for each room. Cuz when I went is raining season, and hotel does not have umbrella. It is very inconvience for the guest. I hope the TV programme channel can more be more clear. Some channel is not clear

upgrading in progress, so not much to comment. however, i felt that the manager at the kopitiam was great. excellent service. the room that i stayed in had a paranomic view of twin towers and kl tower. splendid stay indeed.

room service brought me fantastic food at such a moderate rate !!!! too good to be true !! overall, real good value for money!!! location is so lively!!!!! very happy!! perfectly happy ! i felt check-in time was unusually long ! they must improve (less no. of check-in points)

2 things that make me can't satisfied with the hotel are, 1st. i request deluxe room with twin bed but the hotel gave me double bad. 2nd, I did request for mandarin newspaper daily during my stay but i got english newspaper.

The front-desk staffs are friendly and polite, especially Ms Jeyanthi. Provided with a chair but without table for snack, it's kind of wierd.
