The room is simple in decor but functional, and comfortable.

Breakfast spread at Kopitiam was very limited. Should have a wider variety.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time was a fine stay. But kind of disappointed this time as i need to repeatedly call for housekeeping. I thing this need to be improve. Not that so much of a prompt service but at least customer needs to be noted and fast action.

The hotel front glasses are not marked keeping children in mind. the stickers on the glasses are fixed little higher. My 4 years old kid walked strait into the glass. luckily no major injury. (hotel staff, kindly look into this-thanks) the carpets were little worn out (of cource, this is quite an old hotel), but decent for the price.

If the rooms esp the bathrooms to be equipped with tap hose or pails.

Overall this hotel could be price lower if considering the Facility / Services and coffee house facility. TV Programme in the room is lacking (No ESPN / STARSPORT / HBO / CNN / STARMOVIES

We have been staying at the hotel during our several visits to K.L. and this is the first time we got up graded to the Premier rooms.

It is an excellent hotel in a prime location. The non-smoking room on the 16th floor provided an excellent panoramic view of its surroundings.

Hotel very nice and excellent value for money, but: I was a bit annoyed that people could smoke at breakfast - the breakfast area should either be non smoking or have separate areas for smokers and non-smokers. Bed very comfortable, nice view

Great location. Staff is polite. Rooms are clean. Even come with electronic safes. No complains at the price i paid. Highly recommended for budget concerned travellers!

Cannot really judge ambience as we were only there for one night, but the staff were helpful and friendly whilst we were there. What a lovely hotel! We did upgrade to the premium room - which was well worth it. I had read a few mixed reviews, so I did not have very high expectations, but I was so pleased when we arrived. I will be staying there again when we go back to KL.

A gym perhaps with some treadmills 1)The carpet of room 1231 definitely need cleaning. There are coffee stains.
