I have bad experiences with one front desk staff who attend to us when checking-in the hotel. She told us to wait for another hour as room is not ready although we have reservation room booked by holidayCity. An hour later we came back, she was busy attending to a group of tourists check-in and she told my wife to wait at one corner far away. About 20 min later, my wife still waiting. I lost my patience and walked towards her and shouted at her in front of the tourist groups. I told her we came first, we waited total about one & half hour and although the room key is standby beside her and she is not bother to serve us first. She raised her voice & told used us to wait till she cleared that group of tourist. I told her angrily that the check-in guests lines would never ending and she should use her initial to attend to us first. Anyway I told another staff to serve me as I did not like her altitude & service. Later I went to complain to the Hotel Manager about her front staff poor service altitudes keeping telling us to wait while the room keys in fact is ready to hand to us.The manger aplogised to us and she said she will reprimand her for her atitude & services. Anyway fyi,I have stayed in Radius Hotel quite sometimes ago in premier room.

the receptionist could have been more friendly by being more informative the passage too the hotel room is not clean enough . It seems dirty though .

Breakfast diningroom was far too small for the amount of guests in the hotel and the food ,could have been fresher. We had to waite for around 10-15 minutes before a table was available.

The location of the hotel was good. As for the staff, we requested to be checked-in but they insisted that we pay the hotel room deposit first, without telling me if it was in RM or other currency. Room was large and clean and had a well maintained bathroom.

Since hotel is located on the center of the shopping areas, the volume of the guest in the hotel is not propotion to the staff hence the front desk should have more staff to accommodates the guest's requests.

there were still some dirts under the bed even on the 2nd day after the room attendant cleaned the room, the dirts were still there.the bedspread not cleaned coz my body itched when lied on that; i'm dust alergy

Left my red sweater in the room after checking out. I returned, and the receptionist (Aziana, I think) was actually waiting for me. Was very impressed! Forgot to turn over the "Please Make Up Room" sign on the door. Called up room service, then left for dinner. Was pleasantly surprised that the room was spick and span, WITHOUT the cigarette smell half an hour later!

Service at the Kopitiam was a little slow on thee first night we were there probably due to the unexpected crowd watching the World Cup. Otherwise, service was prompt and staff were friendly and approachable. Housekeeping was a little slow when I asked for an extra pillow on the first night.

All facility hotel is good, such as breakfast & swimming pool, location stategy it's near with happening Bintang walk, so very easy to go anywhere around Kuala Lumpur The room very comfort for my family, because we get premier room with deluxe charge, it's very safe money.But the facilities of the bathroom not very complete, because all of toilettries only for 1 person.

the bathroom needs upgrading. There was a hole at the front panel of the bathtub which needs mending. We requested for iron and ironing board and was given one but the ironing board's leg was broken.

we have already recommended your hotel to a friend of ours. we enjoyed our stay and would be more than happy to stay with you again. our only discrepency was that on the last day, because our flight was at 5am we had organised with Jayanthi to have a takeaway breakfast as we would miss out. She called the kitchen and they said it was fine. When we went to checkout the man at the counter said that this is immpossible and made a fuss about the breakfast, and almost argued with me. Finally he went to the kitchen and brought some breakfast. We had the taxi driver waiting for us for almost 30mins to checkout. other than that, like i said we were very happy with everything about the hotel and would be happy to stay there again. we were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. it was lovely!

hotel should provide location map for tourist to help them move around. Difficult to find the hotel. Generally service and facility is good. Recommended to others to stay in this hotel.
