Hotel staff were nice. The pot in the roon was broken so that I could not boil water. And when I took a bath, water leaked on the bath room floor. These 2 points was not good.

The Front Desk Assistant was not provided the right information when we asked for King size bedroom availability by telling us NO KING SIZE BED AVAILABLE for Deluxe Room. Until I present my Confirmed Booking Voucher which sent by your company then he just willing to change for us. What do you think we expected during this stay? I am very upset due to the reservation was not being arranged accordingly. I have selected a BIG BED when I filled up the details for room reservation but unfortunately the hotel provided me a room of twin bed. When I asked the Front Desk Assistant, he told me that your company only informed them to book a deluxe room without any request! I was very piss off when I entered the room because of your company did not make proper arrangement and we were sufferred for tiredness due to long flight.

Airport transfers like taxi, bus etc may be arranged within the budget of room fare. Hotel could not provide me a Prayer Mat to say prayer in my room

With the cheap broadband services everywhere, it will be real plu if the hotel could provide broadband services either in house or in specific hotspots in the hotel.

Duty manager is not even bother to follow up on any complaint by hotel guest. I think this survey is poor also in the sense that it should be done immediately after check-up or during the stay to improve the service. Breakfast buffet menu - poor on the quality of food which is keep too long. Light is not working, Toilet Tap is out of order when check-in. Customer service is poor. Curtain is very dirty stain with blood.

If there is a gym facility it will be great and the tradicional massage. It was my second years to stay with you and one of best friend also stayed there this February - Mr. Martin ( Spain) Provide the suplimentary of mineral water it will be nice.

Corridors looked a bit dingy. Walls needed re-painting and caarpets looked old. Bath drain hole was not functioning properly and a hle had been cut under the bath to allow the water to drain out over the bathroom floor and down a drin under the wash basin. This meant the floor was wwet and slippery and potentially dangerous. Apart from that everything was very good.

Should improve their foreign currency exchange service. Experienced front desk personnel rejecting the exchange of USD to Ringgit because of inadequate fund. This is internal problem and should be improved a lot. 1.Bathroom tile grouts are infested with mold/mildew. Should improve bathroom cleaning.

Th facilities at the hotel were very good, I especially liked the swimming pool. It was in a very good area also. I was very plesed with how clean the room was, and the way it was regularly made up each morning by the cleaning staff. complimentary drinks and a hairdryer in the room was a nice touch.

None. 1- Towels should be replaced with clean ones everytime housekeeping was done. I noticed our used and wet towels are just being fold and put back in the bathroom.
