Its quite a walk in from Main street and the locals are not familiar with Hotel's name yet. It is still more known as the previous name.

The was make-up room but towels were not being change although we have placed them on the chair rather in the bathtub. The room floor is quite dirty. And basically the fridge wasn't working for one of our room.

There was only only one food outlet. Food was ok, nothing as great as to take our guests to have coffee. Rm No: 1022

I find that it takes sometime after we had called for room services, i.e. getting towels. Afterall, I really like the hotel's location which I find it very convenient.

TV programmes are limited for our viewing pleasure.I experience a leaking air-con system in the room probabbly due to condensation,other than that everything else was OK.

The service there is absolutely bad...not helpful enough and the location is really bad..what a regret of choosing that hotel..and the pub in the hotel too is under renovation..what a shame! I was asking for a double bed as in 2 king/queen size bed as what the travel agent had indicate in the voucher, however wat they told me is that there is NO SUCH THING AS IN A DOUBLE BED IN THAT HOTEL. SO WHAT'THE USE OF ME SPECIFICALLY ASKING FOR the size of the bed..am I right?
