The name 'international' doesn't really depict the hotel. Maybe its because its in the 'international' area, but not the amenities. Room cleanliness is just ok. the bathroom is not up to mark, with hot water not hot, not even warm. The rest is just ok.

The hotel located in the heart of the city – Bukit Bintang area. Some of the well known malls – Lot 10, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Plaza Low Yat – are just a few minutes walk from here. Even can see the KL Twin Tower building while walking along the roadside. The Hotel had great swimming pool, the pools was no deep (about 1.2m), my children are enjoy to swim in the pool. Hotel had to improve the buffet breakfasts not much choice.food taste....!

PROS:Good price. Good Location. Very courteous Staff. Free internet connection in the room. CONS:The room was extremely small despite being upgraded to a superior room! Cant imagine what the standard room would have been. The bed was not a king size as promised. Breakfast was very average. In fact 2nd day they ran out of certain items despite the limited selection.

Hotel is very condusive for us to stay. It was recommended to stay with.

No water pistol especially for Muslim to clean up after doing their business. There is no hot water facilities in the room. You can hear your next room neighbour talking. The staff are very helpful. The rate is affordable. The location is good.

The hotel in a convenient location and the hotel rate is resonable booking under holiday city.

RADIUS IS AT A CONVENIENT LOCATION WITH GOOD FOOD, SHOPPING PLACES AND TRANSPORT NETWORK AT VICINTY. THE STAFF ARE SINCERE AND HELPFUL, HAVING NO HESITATION TO MY REQUEST FOR CHECK-OUT LATE FOR AN HOUR. THE BELLBOY'S SMILE AND PROACTIVE ATTITUDE TO ASSIST ARE WORTH TO NOTE. MY ROOM AT 12/F IS HAVING CITY VIEW AND I LIKE SITTING BY THE WINDOW TO SPOT THE SCENIC DIRECTIONS. IN ALL, THE HOTEL OFFERS A GOOD PLACE AS TO ITS COST AND LOCATION.

The Radius is in a great location. From here you can walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, large shopping plazas, Indian Restorans, night markets and hawker food. The rooms are a good size for two people offering good views of city life. The room itself has all the usual things one would expect. The staff are polite and helpful. Get in early if you want to take advantage of the buffet breakfast here. The food, coffee and crockery runs out pretty quick due to the amount of people having breakfast here. A good place to stay and would be happy to stay at the Radius again.

We are satisfied during our stay in the hotel because aside from its convenient location, being in the heart of the city, the breakfast was perfectly awesome! We just like to suggest that porter service should always be available.

Good location, but we requested interconnecting rooms, and instead got 2 rooms on same floor but too far apart (about 12 rooms apart).

My husband and I spent 4 nts. at Radius International in September 2007. The plus point about this hotel is its excellent location and adequate breakfast they provided. At the time when we booked the hotel we were not informed that we will have to pay advance of RM 100 for extras we may opt for. We were taken totally unaware and it was not a pleasant experience. If this is the management's policy, they should have been upfront about it. We wish the staff at the reception were more cooperative and competent. We feel we could have had a better hotel at this price.

My friend and I who were travelling en route to Brunei were most impressed by the cleanliness of the room, very good breakfast buffet and service and the location is so strategic to shopping and sightseeing and provides a good view from our hotel room of the blazing landmark Petronas Twin Towers and the Menara KL Tower.We were also upgraded to the premier rooms, how can you beat that!

1. Difficult to find the location initially. 2. Room service need to improve - the room service staff did not vacuum when making up the room. 3. Uncomfortable pillows - too small. 4. Did not respond to guest's request. 5. Should improve on the billing system - charged wrongly.

Except for the convenient location. Will not recommend this hotel. Very Old and the carpets, bathrooms are unclean

We have to ask for towels a few times

check-in time to the hotel terrible, never can meet the timing!!! Staff is not responsive enough,take time even ignore for enquiry!!!
