We just like to suggest that porter service should always be available.

The plus point about this hotel is its excellent location and adequate breakfast they provided. At the time when we booked the hotel we were not informed that we will have to pay advance of RM 100 for extras we may opt for. We were taken totally unaware and it was not a pleasant experience. If this is the management's policy, they should have been upfront about it. We wish the staff at the reception were more cooperative and competent. Difficult to find the location initially. 2. Room service need to improve - the room service staff did not vacuum when making up the room. 3. Uncomfortable pillows - too small. 4. Did not respond to guest's request. 5. Should improve on the billing system - charged wrongly.
