We had a 21st in the city and stayed here close to the venue. The Hotel rooms were large and service was good.

We stayed at the Radisson for 3 nights with our three children aged 12,10,6. We found the hotel to be in a great location very clean and the children loved the pool!!!

Enjoyed my stay and would be prepared to stay again in the future. As good, if not better than expected.

My wife and I spent 4 nights here over the Christmas period (2005). For the price Aus$160 (GBP 70) it is good value. The swimming pool, spa and gym facilities are excellent. The service was exceptional. We stayed in a basic studio room with Kitchen area). Because it was a studio room, it did not have the feeling of the most hygienic room we have ever stayed in. The ambience around the hotel is not the most welcoming although that is more to do with the decor than the staff.

Staff were professional but could be more friendly/warm

It was impossible to get a good night's sleep because of the hotel's location above the monorail and in the bar/restaurant quarter. Noise all night. The shower door shattered on me when I closed it causing a very dangerous situation. Front desk seemed unconcerned and not helpful. Mgr. and sales mgr. were better.

The pool, gym, spa and sauna were very clean and very attractive! The location of the hotel suited us - close to a monorail station, and the Town Hall train station. The room was a studio but had two huge kingsize beds in it and the room was very large. It was also very quiet. We were suprised that it had no kitchen utensils as we were travelling with an infant, but crockery etc is available on request. We were on a no-smoking floor but we could smell smoke so the staff promptly deodorised the room. Unfortunately the TV remote did not work and this was not fixed.
